Presales Executive (Vietnam, Japan, APAC, MENA)


Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Presales Executive catering to the Vietnam, Japan, APAC, and MENA regions. The Presales Executive will engage in lead generation, create value propositions, and provide technical and strategic support to prospective clients. The role involves preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and maintaining effective communication with clients to address inquiries and deliver solutions tailored to their needs.


Who should apply?

This role is suitable if you

- Have 3+ years of experience in Presales, Business Development, Solution Consulting (B2B/Enterprise)

- Have experience working as a Presales executive in Vietnam, Japan, APAC, MENA markets.

- Have strong understanding of local business culture (VietNam/Japan/APAC).

- Are confident in delivering solution presentations and client demos

- Have strong business acumen and structured thinking

- Communicate well in English/Japanese (N1 equivalent)

- Have experience in SaaS, AI, Contact center or Enterprise Solutions (is a plus)

- Deliver solution presentations, demos, and value-driven proposals

- Prepare RFP/RFI responses and commercial solution documents

- Coordinate internally to shape scalable and competitive offerings

- Provide market insights to refine product positioning
