Salary: R28,000 - R30,000 per month (depending on experience)

**Job Summary:
**We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Growth Marketer to lead initiatives aimed at driving user acquisition, increasing brand engagement, and enhancing customer retention. As a key member of the marketing team, you will manage PPC campaigns, develop social media strategies, leverage email marketing automation, and support SEO efforts to fuel business growth. You will report directly to the Marketing Director and collaborate with various teams to achieve business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:
**
- PPC Campaigns: Manage and optimise pay-per-click campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms to maximise ROI and achieve KPIs. You will work with external partners and may bring PPC management in-house depending on your expertise.
- Social Media Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase social media engagement and brand visibility across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, X). Engage with the community to build loyalty and drive conversions.
- Email Marketing Automation: Design and execute automated email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or SendinBlue. Implement segmentation and personalisation to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- SEO and Content Strategy: Apply best SEO practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Perform keyword research, optimise content, and stay current with SEO trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- CRM Management: Utilise CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho to manage customer data, segment audiences, and improve marketing strategies based on customer insights.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. Report on growth and performance, and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and optimise the customer journey.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and innovations, incorporating new strategies to keep the brand ahead of competitors.
Qualifications:
Essential:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC, SEO, and social media.
Proven success in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Intermediate knowledge of SEO tools and practices (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Nice to have:
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendinBlue).
Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Zoho.
Demonstrated ability to build and grow social media followings.
**Preferred Qualifications:
**
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
- Background in content marketing and growth hacking techniques.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
