The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and performance-driven advertising, with a sharp focus on ROI. As part of our fast-paced marketing team, you’ll be responsible for strategizing, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive targeted traffic, boost engagement, and maximize conversions. PPC Executive position is designed for individuals with a foundational understanding of PPC campaigns who are eager to learn and contribute to our paid advertising efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- 🏦 Strategically plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- 📊 Launch, optimize, and scale ad campaigns to drive high-converting traffic and sales.
- 💡 Promote affiliate offers using paid social media while ensuring compliance with platform and network policies.
- 🔍 Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, making real-time optimizations
- ⚡Collaborate with creatives to develop high-performance ads (copy + visuals).
- 🔄 Perform ongoing A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- 📅 Monitor campaign performance and KPIs using tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- 🧠 Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimizations.
- 💰 Stay current on Meta algorithm updates, policy changes, and best practices.
- ☣ Stay current with Meta's targeting capabilities and platform updates to leverage new opportunities
- 🌍 Audience & Targeting Strategy
- 🔑 Research and analyze target audiences using demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data
- 🚀 Create and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and implement advanced targeting strategies
- 📤 Develop audience segmentation strategies to maximize campaign reach and engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ☢ 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads.
- 🔗 Strong portfolio showing successful lead-gen or affiliate marketing campaigns.
- 💢 Deep understanding of campaign structures, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization.
- 🎍 Strong data skills and proficiency in analytics tools.
- 🗝 Experience working as a Facebook Ads Specialist, Performance Marketer, or Digital Advertising Manager.
- ⚖ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 🏥Prior experience working with affiliate networks (e.g., ShareASale, Impact, CJ, ClickBank).
- 🔋Meta Blueprint Certification (Media Buying Professional or equivalent). ●Familiarity with additional platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) is a bonus.
