PMO Analyst
Position: PMO Analyst
Location: Remote – US (Greater Philadelphia region preferred)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (some flexibility)
Must‑Haves
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager
- Strong experience with financial forecasting, benefits analysis, and portfolio reviews, including ROI tracking and financial reporting
- Solid reporting skills using PowerPoint and Excel (advanced Excel skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently and autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
- General understanding of product development lifecycles
- Demonstrated longevity in recent roles (approximately 2+ years per role; no frequent job changes)
- Hands‑on experience using Jira and Smartsheet
- Bachelor’s degree not required
Day to Day: In this role, the PMO Analyst will support business and portfolio initiatives by managing project tracking, financial forecasting, and reporting across active workstreams. Day to day, they will prepare and maintain Excel and PowerPoint materials for benefits reviews, portfolio updates, and leadership reporting; track spend, forecasts, and ROI; and ensure project data is accurate and up to date across tools such as Jira Confluence and Smartsheet. The analyst will partner closely with business, product, and technical stakeholders to monitor progress, surface risks and dependencies, and support escalation as needed, while operating independently and managing multiple priorities within a fast‑paced PMO environment. Compensation: $80,000-$90,000/year. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
