Pay Range is $75.45 to $120.72 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Skills And Knowledge
- Working knowledge of Health Level 7 (HL7)
- Understanding of AI concepts and opportunities for application within Pharmacy.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards with an emphasis on supporting business requirements.
- Working knowledge of healthcare operations and structure.
- Working knowledge and experience with different analytical tools/dashboards used to evaluate and identify opportunities within Pharmacy and technical workflows/functionality.
- In-depth knowledge of the lifecycle of application environments.
- Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
- Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to identify patterns, tendencies, and relationships resulting in the formulation of logical and objective conclusions.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels within Sutter Health as well as external organizations.
- Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
