Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Care Assistant (PCA). The Personal Care Assistant will be responsible for providing personal care services to clients, including assisting with daily living activities, ensuring clients’ comfort and well-being, and maintaining effective communication with clients and their families. The PCA will also be expected to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

PCA and Personal Care skills
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
Experience in providing Personal Care Services
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to work independently and remotely
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in personal care assistance is a plus
