- Administrative Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, prepare presentations, and handle all correspondence with utmost professionalism.
- Sales & Marketing Assistance: Support the Director in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, including research, data analysis, and campaign coordination.
- Salesforce Management: Leverage your expertise in Salesforce to manage contacts, track leads, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy to support sales and marketing activities.
- Communication Hub: Act as a primary point of contact, liaising effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Project Coordination: Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of various sales and marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
- Report Generation: Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and other documents as required, demonstrating strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Exceptional English Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills are a must, with a strong emphasis on grammar, spelling, and professional etiquette.
- Salesforce Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CRM is essential, including data entry, report generation, and dashboard management.
- Sales & Marketing Acumen: Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles, processes, and best practices. Experience in a sales or marketing support role is highly desirable.
- Strong Administrative Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive & Resourceful: A self-starter who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and can problem-solve independently.
- Discretion & Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
