Schedule: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with 1-hour unpaid lunch) Saturday: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM (flexible)

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain live work logs for yourself and the director
- Lead weekly planning sessions every Saturday night
- Prioritize tasks using an urgent/important matrix
- Handle admin tasks, research, and create marketing materials
- Draft professional documents, presentations, and brochures
- Manage business and academic schedules
- Stay responsive during work hours via WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.
- Join daily check-ins for updates and planning
- Learn and adapt to new tools and systems as needed
- Experience supporting senior executives or business owners
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High level of trust, reliability, and discretion
- Fast learner with an interest in business and tech tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Coda, or similar is a plus
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Professional and clear communication style
