Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure seamless operations for the individual or team they support. Key responsibilities include managing schedules and appointments, coordinating communications, organizing and maintaining files, and performing clerical tasks. This role involves a high level of discretion, time management, and organizational skills to ensure smooth workflow and effective time utilization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to handle daily administrative tasks efficiently.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage interactions and relay information clearly.
- Experience with Diary Management and scheduling to organize appointments, meetings, and agendas.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, email correspondence, and data entry.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Experience in supporting executives or senior management is a plus.
- Proficiency in common productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and organizational applications.
