We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist who can operate at a senior level, manage campaign performance across Meta and Google platforms, and scale results for clients in international markets, particularly in the GCC, UK, and US regions.
🟨 About the Role
You will take full ownership of paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping) from account setup to campaign scale.
This role requires a deep understanding of digital performance marketing mechanics, strong technical implementation skills, and data-driven decision-making.
You will work on international accounts where buyers, audiences, and consumer behaviors vary from region to region. Experience managing campaigns outside India is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and manage high-performance campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
• Build and structure top-to-bottom funnels with clear TOF, MOF, BOF strategy
• Set up and maintain event-based tracking systems using GA4, Meta CAPI, GTM
• Collaborate with creatives and strategists to develop high-converting ad copy and visuals
• Conduct structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, placements, and landing pages
• Analyze campaign data and implement daily optimizations for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and overall efficiency
• Build and deliver weekly reports with deep performance insights and action plans
• Scale campaigns while managing risk, frequency caps, attribution windows, and budget pacing
• Stay ahead of platform changes and proactively adapt strategies

✅ Must-Have Technical Skills
• 2 to 5 years experience managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads for international markets (GCC, UK, US preferred)
• Deep hands-on proficiency with:
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display)
• GA4 and Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio)
• Google Tag Manager
• Meta Conversions API (CAPI)
• UTM tracking structure and campaign taxonomies
• Solid grasp of:
• Account architecture
• Campaign naming conventions
• Funnel psychology and retargeting sequences
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $30K+
• Must be based in India and able to work 4+ hours daily in Gulf Standard Time (GMT+4)
