What You’ll Do

  • Use ad analytics to generate fresh ad ideas
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan concepts and copy
  • Design high-quality static ads based on concepts, copy, and references
  • Continuously improve speed, accuracy, and creative judgment
  • Follow clear processes while contributing your own creative ideas


Your First Month

  • Focus on learning our tools, systems, and quality standards
  • Work closely with the CMO to improve speed, accuracy, and creative judgment
  • Build your workflow and performance-driven design skills
  • Create 100 high-quality static ads by the end of the month
  • Regular feedback sessions to help you grow and adjust


Requirements

  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience post-university
  • Proficient in Canva & Photoshop
  • Open to learning and integrating AI tools into your workflow
  • Bonus: Experience with AI image generation tools

Compensation

$5,000–$6,000 CAD/month (~$60k–$72k annually)
