The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with lending partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and negotiating partnership agreements. Additional responsibilities include monitoring key performance metrics, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring partner satisfaction and business growth. The role also involves analyzing market trends, nurturing partnerships, and providing insights to internal teams to optimize performance.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth and success
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the personal finance and lending industry is required
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
