This is a part-time remote role for a Partnerships Manager. The Partnerships Manager will identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with organizations and stakeholders aligned with NeighbrHub's mission. Responsibilities include cultivating new relationships, managing existing partnerships, developing strategies to expand NeighbrHub’s reach, and monitoring partnership outcomes. The candidate will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align goals and ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
- Strong skills in Partnerships, Account Management, and Strategic Partnerships
- Proficient in Analytical Skills and the ability to assess partnership effectiveness
- Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities
- Experience developing partnership strategies and maintaining professional relationships
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, part-time capacity
- Passionate about community building and youth empowerment
- Experience in technology platforms or community-based services is a plus
