Partnership and Alliances Intern

Mint Rewards is a CleanTech social startup working to promote sustainable solutions in Pakistan. We are seeking a Partnership and PR Intern to join our dynamic team, support our growth, and gain invaluable experience in a startup environment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to addressing climate change while developing professional skills in partnerships, public relations, and business development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Support the development and nurturing of relationships with potential brand partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Assist in acquiring new users and maintaining relationships with commercial clients. Help increase user sign-ups and engagement within our growing community.
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential partners, sponsors, and clients. Make a minimum number of targeted calls or contact attempts to generate leads and secure new opportunities.
  • Marketing & PR: Assist in promoting Mint Rewards through marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and helping organize both online and offline events.
  • Brand Management: Support strategies to enhance brand awareness and ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify emerging trends, user needs, and potential opportunities, and provide insights to shape business strategies.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with the founding team on strategic projects to achieve business goals and make a measurable impact.



Qualifications & Skills

  • Current university student or recent graduate in business, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about sustainability, climate action, and social impact.
