Job Description:

  • The Program Manager will coordinate and drive partner initiatives while ensuring successful delivery of generative AI solutions across our partner ecosystem. This role focuses on coordination of partners working with GenAIIC, and on scaling delivery of POCs and investment solutions to joint customers through partner collaboration.
  • We are a team of strategists, scientists, engineers, and architects working closely with worlds’ leading startups across GenAI model providers, GenAI tooling and applications. We partner closely with the startups to address their GenAI infrastructure needs, evolve their GenAI product and infuse GenAI into their existing SaaS applications. In this process we provide guidance on best practices for applying generative AI responsibly and cost efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling, coordination, and communication with internal partner teams, and of partners engaged in our programs
  • Review intake pipeline of GenAI opportunities open by partner and work with partner to develop
  • Manage program tracking and all program materials such as communications, content, Wiki, etc.
  • Additionally, the Partner program manager will also be orchestrating the communication with account teams to verify opportunities open to partner, align the appropriate partners, and to assign local strategists to support the opportunities once verified.
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program
  • Oversees all aspects of projects/program
  • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program
  • Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program
  • May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Performs a variety of tasks
  • Leads and directs the work of others
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
  • Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
