Partner - Growth

We are seeking a Partner – Growth to join our agency on a part-time, remote, contract basis with profit sharing. This role is for someone interested in working closely with the founding team to help grow the business and share in its success.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client acquisition and growth strategies.

• Support in building reliable lead generation and conversion systems.

• Strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities for expansion.

• Collaborate with leadership on business decisions and long-term planning.

Requirements

• Background in sales, marketing, or business development.

• Understanding of growth strategies for service-based businesses.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, entrepreneurial team.

• Comfortable with a profit-sharing model instead of a fixed salary.
