Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for Partner at Capitable Group. As a Partner, you will serve as a strategic leader and founding figure, critical to the continued expansion and success of the company. This is a full-time, remote role that emphasizes building Capitable’s offerings, establishing high-value partnerships, and expanding our client and investor networks. You will be responsible for aligning with Capitable’s mission, developing new business opportunities, and engaging deeply with clients, partners, and investors across Capitable’s various verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Solutions: Lead in formulating and executing strategies within our core verticals, particularly our 1-Stop FinTech Solution and Capital Raising Campaign.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue high-value partnership opportunities to enhance Capitable’s offerings. Collaborate with industry leaders to expand services and provide robust support to our clients.
- Client & Investor Engagement: Grow and maintain a diverse Investor network, fostering relationships with Institutional Investors and Venture Capitalists. Represent client projects to potential investors and secure funding.
- Community Building: Develop and strengthen Capitable’s presence within the investment community by fostering connections and representing the brand at industry events and forums.
- Operational Leadership: Work closely with the executive team to shape and drive business operations, setting standards for sustainable growth and integrity within the company.
Requirements:
- Proven knowledge or experience in Business Development, Blockchain & Crypto, Investments, Capital Raising or previously started a business
- Demonstrated success in raising capital, including expertise in structuring and managing VC and PE funds.
- Established track record of building meaningful partnerships and expanding professional networks within the financial services and investment sectors.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously while fostering a collaborative environment with team members across various time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.
