💼 Job Title: Part-Time Accountant (Remote)

Role Overview

We are hiring a part-time Accountant to manage our financial records and reporting. This is a remote position, ideal for someone with strong experience using Zoho Books and preferably with a background in e-commerce or retail accounting. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with best practices.

🧾 Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounting transactions through Zoho Books
  • Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, and order payments
  • Track expenses, income, and cost of goods sold (COGS)
  • Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Maintain accurate and timely bookkeeping records.

Qualifications

  • Must have hands-on experience with Zoho Books
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or retail accounting is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
