💼 Job Title: Part-Time Accountant (Remote)

Role Overview

We are hiring a part-time Accountant to manage our financial records and reporting. This is a remote position, ideal for someone with strong experience using Zoho Books and preferably with a background in e-commerce or retail accounting. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with best practices.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting transactions through Zoho Books
Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, and order payments
Track expenses, income, and cost of goods sold (COGS)
Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports
Maintain accurate and timely bookkeeping records.

✅ Qualifications

Must have hands-on experience with Zoho Books
Previous experience in e-commerce or retail accounting is highly preferred
Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
