💼 Job Title: Part-Time Accountant (Remote)
Role Overview
We are hiring a part-time Accountant to manage our financial records and reporting. This is a remote position, ideal for someone with strong experience using Zoho Books and preferably with a background in e-commerce or retail accounting. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with best practices.

🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions through Zoho Books
- Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, and order payments
- Track expenses, income, and cost of goods sold (COGS)
- Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Maintain accurate and timely bookkeeping records.
✅ Qualifications
- Must have hands-on experience with Zoho Books
- Previous experience in e-commerce or retail accounting is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
