Duration - 4 Months, Contract, W2 (possibility for extension, not guaranteed)
Remote - EST Time Zone only
Pay - $28 - $32 an hr
Our pharmaceutical client is seeking a Paralegal Admin to support the Legal team members and Contracts Team within the Legal business function.
Duties:
* Assisting with the transition from one contract filing system (SharePoint) to a new digital contract lifecycle management (CLM) tool.
* Transferring legacy data from SharePoint to new CLM system
* Identifying issues during contract migration and engaging CLM team to address/ resolve issues
* Coordinate with other team members to ensure all relevant material is being transferred and minimizing rework
* Track and report on progress
* Assist Lawyers & other contract legal team members Contract Relays for day-to-day use of CLM system
* Engaging various stakeholders to understand and initiate next steps as needed
* Assisting with projects & tasks to ensure new CLM is functioning at highest capacity
Qualification:
* Bachelors degree & 5-7 years of experience as an admin in a corporate setting required
* Legal industry experience preferred (law firm/corporate/contract legal experience).
* Health care industry experience preferred
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
* Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
* Strong people skills and matrix management skills to influence key stakeholders.
* Strong initiative and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Demonstrated ability to know and understand priorities and making decisions with limited information.
