Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Responsys Cloud Functional Consultant to support and optimize enterprise marketing automation initiatives. The role focuses on functional configuration, campaign execution, audience management, and business-user enablement rather than heavy technical development.
Key Responsibilities

Lead functional design and execution of campaigns using Oracle Responsys

Work with business and marketing teams to understand campaign requirements

Configure cross-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App)

Build and manage audience segmentation, filters, and targeting rules

Design automated customer journeys and triggered programs

Configure personalization, dynamic content, and contact strategies

Support campaign scheduling, execution, and monitoring

Analyze campaign performance and provide functional insights

Manage opt-in/opt-out rules and compliance requirements

Support UAT, business validation, and post-deployment support

Prepare functional documentation and train business users
Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Responsys Cloud (functional)

Expertise in campaign management and lifecycle marketing

Experience in audience segmentation and personalization

Good understanding of marketing KPIs and campaign analytics

Familiarity with email deliverability and best practices

Experience working closely with business and marketing stakeholders
