We are seeking an Operations Support – Payins Associate to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and proper monitoring of end-to-end Payins transactional flows. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.
What You Can Expect From This Role (Responsibilities)
Execute and review end-to-end reconciliation processes, ensuring proper recording and audit compliance.
Analyze automated reconciliation results, investigate discrepancies, and drive timely resolution.
Ensure processes meet committed SLAs, proactively following up on outstanding items.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
Monitor transactional flows to mitigate risk and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience in auditing, reconciliations, or Finance/Operations roles in multinational environments.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and experience handling large datasets.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
Experience with SQL or Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Previous experience in fast-paced, agile environments.
Proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
Contract Conditions
Duration: 4-month project.
Availability: Immediate.
