Accountabilities

  • Drive execution of operational standards in rental workflows and service recovery
  • Lead seasonal readiness and labor alignment initiatives
  • Conduct structured store visits for operational assessments and continuous improvement
  • Manage inventory accuracy through effective cycle counting and analysis
  • Oversee equipment movement and recovery plans to maximize asset usage
  • Ensure compliance with labeling and scanning standards across stores
  • Analyze KPIs to identify performance gaps and develop action plans
  • Coaching Store Managers to strengthen operational discipline and leadership
  • Support training program rollout for employee skill development
  • Promote a culture of operational excellence and communication

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in the retail or rental industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with the rental industry is a plus
