Responsibilities

  • Support lighting sales for Middle East projects.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the lighting solutions operations department, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Manage inventory and logistics, including ordering, receiving, and shipping customer orders.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Attend to customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution to maintain satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform other activities related to lighting sales & operations support


Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Pleasant attitude and ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained.
  • Bonus: Experience in logistics and procurement.

Working Schedule (UAE Time)

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Sunday: Off

Total Working Hours: 48 hours/week


Salary Range

💰 $500 - $900 USD (based on experience and skills)
