We’re looking for someone who can bring process ownership to the way we run recruiting — not by interviewing candidates, but by improving the engine that powers it.
This is a backend, non-client-facing role where you’ll work behind the scenes to:
- Track and analyze questions asked in client interviews
- Identify which skills were tested, and how well our screening matched
- Compare CVs, JDs, screener notes, and feedback to find gaps
- Recommend improvements in our JD, questionnaires, or screeners
- Monitor candidate profiles coming in for screening — to ensure lead quality and volume from job boards, vendors, and other sources
You’ll work closely with the founder and managers to ensure our system stays tight, accurate, and scalable.
Ideal for:
- Business Analysts or Ops professionals with 1–3 years of experience
- HR coordinators or recruitment support profiles who enjoy structure and process
- Professionals returning to the workforce looking for backend work ownership
Must-haves:
- Analytical mindset — can spot inconsistencies and patterns
- Strong writing and documentation skills
- Comfortable with remote work, Airtable, Notion, or learning new tools
- Can monitor lead inflow data and flag issues early
Details:
- Location: Remote / In-office (higher salary for in office roles)
- Work Model: Full-time, Mon–Fri/Sat
- Salary: 3–6 LPA based on experience
