Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an "Operations Specialist". The role involves overseeing daily operational processes, supporting sales functions by dealing with sales team and customers. Managing projects, and analyzing data to optimize workflows. The candidate will ensure seamless collaboration across departments while maintaining high standards for operational efficiency and adherence to best practices.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Operations Management and Project Management to effectively oversee and improve processes and workflows.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Communication to collaborate with internal teams and external clients successfully.
  • Analytical skills to assess performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement actionable solutions.
  • Experience in cross-functional team coordination and the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for operations and project management.
  • Previous experience in related industries such as logistics, manufacturing, or automation is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, English a must, French would be a bonus.
  • Proficiency with windows and with the Windows suite of products including Excel, Outlook, Word etc.
