New Business Account Executive - Greek & Romanian Speaking

At Kostea Marketing Agency, we help small businesses grow with powerful, modern marketing strategies. Now, we’re looking for a motivated and ambitious intern to join our team as a New Business Account Executive. for the Greek & Romanian Market.

This is your chance to get hands-on experience in sales, strategy, and digital marketing while working with real clients and a supportive, fast-growing agency.


What you will be doing:
  • Prospecting new business leads and identifying growth opportunities
  • Reaching out via email, social, and calls to build relationships
  • Supporting our sales funnel — from outreach to onboarding
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to craft smart pitch strategies
  • Learning how to turn insights into action for small businesses


What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication skills (English & Greek or Romanian fluency required)
  • Interest in digital marketing, sales, or entrepreneurship
  • A self-starter who’s not afraid to reach out and make connections
  • Based in Ireland, Romania, or Greece
  • Bonus if you’re confident with LinkedIn, email outreach, or CRM tools
