Network Engineer

Akkodis is seeking Network engineer with deep technical knowledge and implementation experience, who can manage complex data center network build-outs and automations, especially in regulated, high-security environments like banking. The CCIE certification is critical.


Title –Network Implementation Engineer

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $55/hr. -$62/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

Contract : 6 Months+


Job Description

  • 7+ years of experience in data center network engineering.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco Nexus Fabric or Arista switches, and Arista CloudVision Portal (CVP).
  • Deep knowledge of VXLAN, BGP, EVPN, and OSPF.
  • Experience working in brownfield and greenfield environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Ansible (primary) and Python (secondary) for network automation.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix, Cisco DNA Center, and Fortinet is a plus.
  • CCIE certification required
