The Role


We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to own and scale brand presence across all social platforms for both NEIWAI and Kestos. You will build influencer strategies, manage content calendars, drive community engagement, and directly contribute to brand awareness and revenue growth — with significant autonomy and direct CEO access.


Key Responsibilities


Social Media Strategy & Execution

·      Develop and own social media strategy for both brands across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms

·      Build and manage content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and cultural moments

·      Define brand voice and visual guidelines per platform, ensuring consistency while adapting to platform best practices

·      Track, analyze, and report on social KPIs (engagement rate, follower growth, reach, conversion attribution)


Influencer / KOL / KOC Marketing

·      Build a tiered influencer ecosystem: top-tier KOLs for awareness, mid-tier for engagement, KOCs for authentic seeding

·      Identify, vet, negotiate, and manage influencer relationships across all major platforms

·      Design and execute influencer campaigns end-to-end: brief creation, product seeding, content review, performance tracking, ROI analysis

·      Develop scalable processes for influencer outreach, contract management, and performance benchmarking


Content & Community

·      Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, on-brand social content

·      Foster and grow brand communities; manage UGC programs that turn customers into advocates

·      Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, trending formats, and cultural shifts

Cross-Functional Collaboration

·      Partner with e-commerce, product, and brand teams to align social/influencer efforts with business objectives

·      Support e-commerce and DTC traffic acquisition through social-driven campaigns

·      Leverage AI tools and automation to increase efficiency (content generation, analytics, influencer discovery)


Requirements


Must Haves

·      Bachelor's degree or above

·      5+ years in social media and/or influencer marketing, at least 2 years at manager level

·      Proven track record building and scaling influencer programs with measurable business impact

·      Deep expertise in at least two of: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest

·      Strong project management; able to run multiple campaigns simultaneously across two brands

·      Bilingual fluency (English required; Mandarin a strong plus)

·      Data-driven mindset with analytics tool experience (CreatorIQ, Traackr, platform native analytics)

·      Excellent taste and brand sensibility in fashion, intimate apparel, mass-market and premium positioning


Nice To Have

·      Experience in intimate apparel, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands

·      Existing KOL/influencer network in relevant verticals

·      Experience with AI-powered marketing tools or interest in AI-native workflows

·      Background in both domestic and international markets

·      Content creation skills (photography, short-form video, copywriting)
