Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a National Sales Manager specializing in the endoscopy sector. The role involves overseeing and driving sales activities, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and analysing market trends to identify new opportunities. Responsibilities also include meeting and exceeding sales targets, reporting sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals. This roles is hands on and will take you into every area of the business. A growth mindset is crucial for someone in this role.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years demonstrable sales and sales leadership experience
- Strong experience in sales management, strategic sales planning, and team leadership
- Expertise in endoscopy or the broader medical device industry, along with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in market analysis, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while achieving measurable results
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced certifications are a plus)
- Prior experience in national or large territory-level sales within the healthcare or medical device sector is highly advantageous
