In this strategic role, you’ll be the go-to partner for our most valued customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service, tailored technical solutions, and long-term support.
Your Mission:
- Strengthen Key Relationships – Foster long-term partnerships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and sustained business growth.
- Champion Customer Success – Listen, anticipate issues, and commit to getting the job done.
- Generate New Business – Leverage referrals, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue.
- Monitor Market Trends – Stay on top of industry shifts and competitor activity, providing insights that shape our commercial strategy.
- Report & Recommend – Deliver regular updates to leadership, including performance metrics and strategic suggestions.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales within the North American elevator or vertical transportation industry.
- Comfortable selling via phone and video conferencing—experienced in building relationships remotely.
- Consultative approach—strategic thinker who uncovers needs and provides high-value solutions.
- A self-starter with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Driven, autonomous, and commercially aware—with a strong commitment to both customer success and company goals.
