Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers and senior designers to bring multimedia projects to life for marketing and communication efforts.
  • Produce custom multimedia videos, including testimonials, animations, and motion graphics.
  • Serve as a visual storyteller, developing innovative solutions based on scripts and stakeholder input.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive video production documents, such as run-of-show plans.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to branding guidelines and comply with accessibility standards (including Section 508).
  • Design and format templates for Microsoft Office documents, such as reports and presentations.
  • Maintain high-quality standards while managing multiple project deadlines.

**Qualifications

**

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a creative agency, marketing/communications, or government contracting role.
  • A strong portfolio that highlights both graphic design and video production capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Audition).
  • Expertise in video production processes, including pre-production, editing, color correction, and final delivery for platforms like YouTube and Vimeo.
  • Competence in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for template creation and document formatting.
  • An understanding of typography, layout, and branding.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not available).
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
