Multimedia Creative Services Specialist

Pay Rate: 50-55.00 per hour

Part Time - 15-20 hours per week

Contract through December 2026

100% remote - prefer EST time zone


Role Overview: The Creative Services Specialist is a high-impact role responsible for developing creative concepts, design solutions, and art direction across various mediums, including SharePoint, print materials, and executive presentations. This professional will transform complex draft materials into concise, meaningful end products that align with brand identity and strategic objectives.


Core Responsibilities

  • SharePoint Ownership: Design, build, and maintain custom SharePoint pages, providing full UX and design support for the Finance Division, including major refreshes of onboarding and career development sites.
  • Executive Presentations & Branding: Develop high-level slide decks, one-pagers, job aids, and communications to support the rollout of major initiatives like the Finance 2030 Vision and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Data Visualization: Format and create graphics to display key results and year-end outcomes, translating complex data into stories for non-technical audiences to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Media Production & Training: Use tools like Adobe Articulate to edit and enhance global policy training content and conceptualize visual storylines for media production.
  • Event Support: Create templatized event materials and creative content for high-profile gatherings, such as the Finance Leadership Conference.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain strict design standards and brand identity across all projects while collaborating with internal marketing teams and external vendors.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

  • SharePoint UX/Design: Proven ability to build custom websites and applications tailored to specific client needs.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud: Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design and web development.
  • Data Visualization: Expertise in representing information through graphs, charts, and maps to inform business strategy.
  • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Adobe Articulate for training content and Workday for project alignment.

Education & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a related creative or administrative project field.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
  • Demonstrated experience in executive-level communications and large-scale corporate design refreshes.
