Multimedia Designer
We are seeking a Multimedia Designer, a pragmatic visual storyteller who thrives at the intersection of performance and polish. You will be the cornerstone of our creative output, responsible for building the visual assets that drive direct response, elevate brand presence, and create seamless user journeys from the social feed to the inbox and onto the website.
In this role, you will own the craft across multiple channels, ensuring every pixel serves a purpose, and every animation has intent. This is a role for a designer who understands that good design is design that works.

Engagement: Full-time
Schedule: Eastern Time working hours
Monthly Budget: $1000-1500 (based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on level of experience)

Tasks & Responsibilities
As the Digital Designer, you will:
- Concept, design, and iterate on high-volume, platform-compliant ad sets (Static, Video, Carousel, Collection Ads). You must balance engagement-driving tactics with strict brand guardrails
- Design landing pages and website modules that are conversion-optimized. Proficiency in Figma is crucial for collaborating with developers to ensure accurate execution
- Design responsive email templates that render flawlessly across all devices and clients. You understand the unique technical constraints of email design
- Create compelling short-form video (15s–60s). This includes editing raw footage and animating typography/graphics (2D/UI animation)
- Work within and contribute to a scalable design system to ensure efficiency across all touchpoints
Must-Haves
- 4+ years as a Digital Designer
- A portfolio demonstrating direct experience in Meta Ads, Motion, Web, and Email
- Expert-level proficiency (Auto-layout, Components, Variables, and Prototyping)
- Solid skills in Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro for creating polished, on-brand motion graphics
- A strong understanding of responsive design principles for both web and email, designing with technical feasibility in mind
- Ability to manage multiple projects and iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback
- Using AI tools to build assets, enhance designs, and accelerate the creative workflow
- Designing for TikTok, Google UAC, or LinkedIn
- A genuine interest in A/B testing and marketing performance metrics
