We're hiring a full-time Motion Designer to produce short-form videos (Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts) using repeatable animation systems, not bespoke storytelling.

Responsibilities

Short (10-30s) 2D animated videos.
Flat character animations (Captain Workout-style).
Reusable rigs, templates, and animation systems.
High-volume, consistent output (roughly 1 video/day).
Videos paired with AI-generated voiceovers (VO provided or generated using tools like ElevenLabs).

Tools

The core requirements for the job include the following:

After Effects (required).
Experience with shape layers and rigs (Duik/RubberHose or similar).
Basic illustration skills (simple characters only).
Comfort integrating animation with AI VO timing.
