Qualifications
- Proficiency in using dispatch software such as Cab9.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer service inquiries effectively
- Experience with real-time monitoring and dispatch operations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in a similar dispatch or customer service role is an advantage
- Familiarity with compliance and secure communication methods
