Day-to-day responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, conducting user research, and translating business requirements into user-friendly designs. You will work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation and maintain high design quality standards across all projects.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma
- Skills in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Ability to conduct user research, usability tests, and analyze user feedback
- Knowledge of interaction design principles and responsive design
- Experience in collaborating with development teams and understanding design handoff processes
- Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (bonus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to present and discuss design concepts effectively
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for crafting user-centric digital experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
