At Valle Solutions, we are looking for a Mid-Level Product Manager to join the team of one of our clients in the United States.

This is a key role focused on driving product strategy, leading cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, build meaningful features, and deliver high-impact solutions.

We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, a tech-forward mindset, and hands-on experience managing products from discovery to launch.

You’ll work 100% remotely from Colombia, in a dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirement definition to launch and optimization.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features, build user stories, and ensure timely delivery.
Analyze user feedback, product performance metrics, and market insights to inform product decisions.
Align product goals with business objectives through close partnership with internal stakeholders.
Maintain an organized product roadmap and keep all teams informed of updates and progress.
Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance user experience, engagement, and product adoption.

Requirements

C1 English level or higher (spoken and written).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Product Management or a similar product-focused role.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Proven ability to translate customer needs into clear, actionable features.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
