Role Description

iWork Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer for a contract-based, remote position to support a short-term assignment with a client.

This role requires strong hands-on expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with particular depth in advanced Excel-based system design and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop structured, automated data solutions
Build robust Excel-based systems with advanced formulas and logic
Develop dashboards and reporting components
Implement validation rules, controls, and structured data architecture
Leverage Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) where required
Support documentation and knowledge transfer

Required Profile

Strong experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer
Advanced Excel expertise (complex formulas, structured models, Power Query, Pivot Tables, dashboards)
Knowledge of SharePoint for integration and collaboration tasks
Experience designing and building a structured MIS
Proven experience building automated data systems (not basic spreadsheets)
Strong understanding of system controls, data integrity, and user-based access management
Experience working with NGOs or development partners is an advantage
