Role Description

The Membership Sales Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving member acquisition, retention, and engagement within the organization. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing membership sales strategies, generating qualified leads, maintaining excellent customer service, and overseeing sales processes. The role requires active coordination with the team to meet membership sales goals and ensure a seamless and rewarding membership experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Membership Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales Management with the ability to create and execute sales plans effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with members.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the international business environment or working with global organizations is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
