Media Buyer (Meta & Google Ads)

About the Role:

We are hiring on behalf of a leading international client in the e-learning and AI education space. As a Senior Performance Media Buyer, you will manage and scale high-budget ad campaigns (ranging from $10K to $50K/day) across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms. Your role will be central to driving conversions and customer acquisition at scale.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns focused on conversions and ROAS.
  • Manage large daily ad budgets with real-time performance tracking and reporting.
  • Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and funnels.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop ad content.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and continuously optimize for better results.
  • Communicate directly with stakeholders to report progress and insights.


Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance media buying, preferably in the info product, SaaS, coaching, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing ad accounts with budgets of at least $10K/day.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Able to work fixed shifts, full-time (8–10 hrs/day), 3.5 days/week.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance dashboards and KPIs.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken is a must.
  • Ability to work in the EST (Eastern Standard Time) zone when required.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRO (conversion rate optimization) and landing page testing.
  • Experience with TikTok or YouTube ads
  • Familiarity with ad compliance policies and platform-specific guidelines.
  • Background in lead gen, online education, or digital marketing strategy.
