🧠 The Role (Read Carefully)

We’re hiring a Senior Media Buyer who can own campaign execution end-to-end for roofing and home renovation clients.


This is not a “strategy-only” role.


This is not a “just launch ads and wait” role.


You will:

  • Set up
  • Launch
  • Optimize
  • Scale


Video-first paid media systems across TOF / MOF / BOF.

You must understand how contractors think, how homeowners buy, and how to turn attention into booked jobs.


🔥 Core Responsibilities


1. Campaign Setup & Launch
  • Build and launch Meta (Facebook/Instagram) video campaigns for roofing & home renovation clients
  • Structure accounts cleanly (TOF / MOF / BOF separation)
  • Implement proper tracking, events, and reporting
  • QA everything before launch — no sloppy work


2. Funnel Ownership (TOF → MOF → BOF)

You must know how to:

  • Run TOF video ads for awareness and demand creation
  • Build MOF retargeting (video views, engagement, site traffic)
  • Execute BOF conversion campaigns (lead forms, landing pages, booked calls)
  • Diagnose where funnels break and fix them fast


3. Video Ad Performance Optimization
  • Analyze hooks, angles, creatives, and messaging
  • Kill losers fast, scale winners responsibly
  • Give clear feedback on what video content is needed to improve results
  • Understand what works specifically in roofing & home renovation


4. Client Readiness & Professional Conduct
  • You don’t talk like a marketer — you talk like a business operator
  • Campaign updates are clear, calm, and confident
  • You understand contractor economics (job size, close rates, seasonality)
  • You protect the agency’s reputation at all times


🧩 Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

You must have:


  • 3+ years managing paid social campaigns
  • Direct experience in home renovation or roofing marketing
  • Proven results using video ads (Meta primarily)
  • Experience running full-funnel paid media systems
  • Strong understanding of lead quality, not just CPL
  • Ability to work independently without hand-holding


If you’ve never marketed roofing, remodeling, windows, HVAC, solar, or similar trades — don’t apply.
