Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Mechanical Engineer. The role includes designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machines, and equipment utilized in cement manufacturing. Responsibilities also involve conducting analysis, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, overseeing mechanical design processes, and taking part in research and development (R&D) initiatives. The Mechanical Engineer will also ensure operational efficiency by managing projects, ensuring maintenance schedules are adhered to, and implementing process improvements.

- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and Machine Design
- Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) applications and software
- Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and innovation in engineering
- Experience with Project Management and ability to oversee and meet project deliverables
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and critical decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Working knowledge of the cement industry or heavy engineering is a notable advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required
