Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive and results-driven team member to elevate our customer success, marketing operations, and—most importantly—sales. This role combines customer support, CRM and email marketing, data reporting, community engagement, and sales-focused marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for running ads, generating leads, nurturing them, and converting them into paying customers for our courses, retreats, and programs.

Your mission: turn audience interest into revenue while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

  • Own the sales engine — plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms to generate qualified leads and drive conversions for courses, retreats, memberships and programs.
  • Build and optimize funnels that convert leads into sales.
  • Design and launch high performance email sequences that move prospects through awareness, consideration to purchase.
  • Track campaign performance and continuously refine and optimize for higher ROI.

CRM & Email Marketing

  • Manage CRM tagging, segmentation, and automation.
  • Schedule newsletters and promotional campaigns.
  • Clean and maintain CRM data for accuracy.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: lead-to-sale conversion, campaign ROI, email performance, customer retention.
  • Provide monthly insights and recommendations.

Social Media & Creative Coordination

  • Collaborate with the designer to plan, brief, and review visual content across social media and paid campaigns.
  • Manage content publishing calendars and community engagement on social platforms.
  • Ensure brand voice and visual identity remain consistent across all posts and ads.
  • Coordinate asset creation for paid campaigns, ensuring alignment between creative, copy, and audience targeting.

Community & Engagement

  • Moderate online community discussions.
  • Manage live webinars and coordinate speakers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
  • Monitor customer journey and suggest improvements.

Ideal Qualifications

  • You've planned and managed paid ad campaigns that generated real leads and sales, not just impressions. You understand funnels, metrics, and how to turn audience interest into measurable revenue.
  • 2–4 years in customer success, marketing operations, or sales-driven roles.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar), audience segmentation, and automated journeys. You think in flows, how each touchpoint connects to the next.
  • Comfortable with Zoom/Webinar tools, landing page builders, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills: warm, persuasive, and aligned with our mission.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and motivated to hit sales targets.
  • Spiritually aligned with Dar al-Shifaa's mission and values.
