Role Description


We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join the Qualora Hub team. This is a full-time remote position based in Mexico City, focused on expanding our brand presence and generating high-quality leads across Latin America.

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing digital marketing strategies, managing content, and supporting sales initiatives to promote Qualora Hub’s farm management platform. This role involves creating engaging marketing materials, optimizing campaigns across multiple channels, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating efforts with internal teams to ensure consistent and impactful communication.


Qualifications

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (paid and organic) to drive awareness and leads for Qualora Hub in Latin America, with a focus on Mexico and surrounding markets.
  • Manage and optimize Qualora Hub’s presence across key channels (website, social media, email, landing pages, and partner platforms).
  • Create, localize, and edit marketing content in Spanish and English (social posts, blogs, case studies, email copy, ads, and basic sales collateral) tailored to farmers and agribusinesses.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads, support outreach campaigns, and provide marketing materials that help close deals.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM reports, and provide clear recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to understand farmer needs, industry trends, and positioning opportunities for Qualora Hub.
