Position Summary: This role focuses on hands-on message building and optimization using coding for messaging platforms like BRAZE or similar tools. The Marketing Operations Specialist will ensure messaging best practices are followed, conduct experiments to minimize bias, and maintain high-quality standards in campaign execution. The candidate will work closely with globally diverse teams, document solutions and insights, and contribute to the success of marketing operations initiatives.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:
- 3+ years of work experience in marketing operations, analytics, or equivalent applied roles
- 1+ years of experience working in agile teams
- Applied coding experience with template scripting languages (e.g., Liquid, Handlebars)
- Working knowledge of messaging best practices (email, push, in-app)
- Experience conducting experiments to minimize bias
- Superb writing skills for documentation and insights
- Excellent communication skills with globally diverse cultures
- Education in technology or business domains with a quantitative focus or equivalent work experience
