Job Description
- Serve as a Marketing Strategist for client’s Genre Pack subscriber base.
- Shape emerging lifecycle communications to enhance engagement and retention.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including:
- Governance
- CRM
- Engagement Marketing
- Revenue Marketing
- Develop modern marketing strategies focused on:
- Product engagement
- Retention
- Revenue growth
- Lead initiatives emphasizing:
- Automation
- Personalization
- Optimization across multiple KPIs
- Required Experience
- Experience with streaming or SVOD subscription services.
- Expertise in marketing automation and personalization strategies:
- Customer journeys
- Automated content libraries/DAMs
- Personalized recommendations
- Proven ability to autonomously lead enterprise strategic initiatives:
- Discovery work
- Strategy and roadmap development
- Strategic implementation
- Strong leadership in managing strategic portfolios:
- Identifying opportunities
- Executing strategic roadmaps
- Demonstrated accountability in delivering initiatives aligned with program goals.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in communications or campaign strategy:
- Focus on automation, personalization, and efficiency
- Preferably within subscription or SVOD services
