Job Description

  • Serve as a Marketing Strategist for client’s Genre Pack subscriber base.
  • Shape emerging lifecycle communications to enhance engagement and retention.


Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including:

  • Revenue Marketing
  • Develop modern marketing strategies focused on:

  • Lead initiatives emphasizing:

  • Optimization across multiple KPIs


  • Required Experience
  • Experience with streaming or SVOD subscription services.
  • Expertise in marketing automation and personalization strategies:
  • Customer journeys
  • Automated content libraries/DAMs
  • Personalized recommendations


  • Proven ability to autonomously lead enterprise strategic initiatives:
  • Discovery work
  • Strategy and roadmap development
  • Strategic implementation


  • Strong leadership in managing strategic portfolios:
  • Identifying opportunities
  • Executing strategic roadmaps
  • Demonstrated accountability in delivering initiatives aligned with program goals.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in communications or campaign strategy:
  • Focus on automation, personalization, and efficiency
  • Preferably within subscription or SVOD services
