Marketing Manager

Company Description

RivoStack is a digital infrastructure partner serving clients across North America, Europe, MENA, GCC, and Southeast Asia. Specializing in identifying operational gaps, we focus on improving performance metrics such as revenue leakage, funnel optimization, and data accuracy through tailored build plans. Our expertise spans diverse industries, including Hospitality, Logistics, EdTech, Finance, Healthcare, Real Estate, Government, and Technology. Starting with a comprehensive Rivo Audit, we assess and address technical and operational challenges to deliver measurable results. At RivoStack, we emphasize long-lasting partnerships, offering continuous support beyond delivery to ensure sustained impact.

Role Description

We ignore titles. We hire by how people think about problems.

Rivo Stack is looking for a marketing manager who can build and run the content and distribution engine that puts us in front of the right operators at the right time.

This is not a brand awareness role. The work is precise: grow an audience of decision-makers who have infrastructure problems, build content that earns their attention, and create the conditions that make them request a Rivo Audit.

You will own LinkedIn, the Insights content calendar, cold outreach sequencing, and the metrics that tell us whether any of it is working. You will work directly with the founder and the delivery team. There is no existing playbook. You will be building it.

Responsibilities include:

Managing and growing the Rivo Stack LinkedIn presence, including the company page and founder content.

Building and maintaining the Insights content calendar across infrastructure, automation, operations, industry, transformation, and leadership categories.

Writing and editing content that matches the Rivo Stack tone. Plain spoken, precise, no filler.

Designing and running cold outreach sequences for target accounts.

Owning the analytics layer. Tracking what converts, what does not, and adjusting accordingly.

Supporting case study production from active client engagements.

Reporting on content and acquisition performance against agreed KPIs monthly.

Qualifications

Three or more years in a B2B marketing role, ideally in technical services, SaaS, or consulting.

Strong writing ability. You produce clean, direct copy without extensive editing. You know the difference between content that builds credibility and content that fills a calendar.

Comfortable with data. You can read a GA4 report, interpret LinkedIn analytics, and form a clear view on what to change.

Familiar with B2B outreach tooling such as Clay, Apollo, Instantly, or equivalent.

Able to work remotely without close management. You take accountability for outcomes, not activity.

Experience working across multiple industries or geographies is an advantage.

A note before you apply

This role does not come with a large team, a large budget, or a system someone else built. You will be building the system. If that is the kind of work you do well, send your CV and a short note on why Rivo Stack to [email protected]
