About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Generalist to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on marketing strategy, content creation, and growth analytics. In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to brand messaging, campaign planning, SEO, social media, and performance marketing, helping improve how foundational models reason about real-world marketing problems.

You will collaborate with global AI and marketing teams to assess the accuracy, creativity, and strategic soundness of AI-generated marketing outputs. Your feedback will directly contribute to improving AI models used for marketing automation, content generation, and growth decision-making.


Responsibilities

  • Annotate and evaluate AI-generated responses related to marketing strategy and execution.
  • Review AI outputs involving content marketing, SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid media.
  • Assess the clarity, relevance, and effectiveness of AI-generated messaging and positioning.
  • Analyze AI-generated content for audience targeting, funnel alignment, and brand consistency.
  • Identify recurring gaps, generic outputs, or flawed assumptions in AI-generated marketing solutions and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.


Requirements

  • Background in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
  • Broad understanding of digital marketing channels and growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with content creation, campaign planning, and basic marketing analytics.
  • Ability to critically evaluate messaging, strategy, and performance logic.
  • Interest in contributing to the improvement of AI-driven marketing intelligence.
