We are looking for motivated individuals who can generate organic leads for our engineering apprenticeship programs. This role is perfect for students or freshers who want experience in marketing and growth.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Generate organic leads from LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and college communities

Identify and connect with engineering students interested in apprenticeship programs

Maintain lead data in Google Sheets / CRM

Work with the team under your coordination

Ensure daily and weekly lead targets are achieved

Pass qualified leads to the sales team for calling and enrollment

💰 Incentive Structure

₹12 per valid lead

₹500 per successful enrollment

Additional team performance incentives

Additional target bonus
