Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Assistant. You will support the day-to-day management of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, assist in developing strategic plans for clients, and help transform data into actionable insights. Daily tasks include monitoring campaign performance, preparing weekly and monthly reports, organizing creative assets, and contributing to ad content production.

You’ll work closely with the founder and gain hands-on experience across performance marketing, analytics, and creative workflows.

Responsibilities
• Monitor and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Assist in building marketing strategies for e-commerce and service-based clients
• Collect, analyze, and organize performance data in Google Sheets
• Prepare clear, structured reports for clients
• Support in producing ad creatives (ideas, scripts, basic editing, AI-assisted workflows)
• Conduct quality checks on tracking setups (GA4, Tag Manager, events, dashboards)
• Stay organized across multiple projects and maintain communication consistency
• Contribute ideas to improve performance, processes, and creative output

Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads basics
• Comfortable using Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, data cleanup)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow structured SOPs
• Curious and proactive in learning new tools and marketing methods

Nice to Have
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
• Experience in ad copywriting or short-form content creation
• Basic understanding of e-commerce metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution models)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver reliably
